Last Day of Holiday

Well, the last day of holiday was actually two days ago, but I just got the chance to post what I wore then now. And I just remembered that I haven't post those pics when I saw Aya's (of Strawberry Koi) post on short sleeve cardigan as her fashion inspiration.

I just bought this pink short sleeve cardigan (worn here as top) right before the holiday. I fell in love with its comfortable fabric and the cute puppy emblem. The red skirt is actually a dress, which is my sister's. Yes, I borrowed her clothes again...

Pizza Tee

I borrowed this pizza tee from my sister, merely because I'm running out of clothes that I bring to my home (I'm on holiday, I left my other outfit at my rented room). Paired it with checkered vest (also borrowed from sis) and DIY ripped denim skirt and I was ready to go.

As I said yesterday, I'm catching up with all the blog feeds, which I haven't finished until now. So, I'm going to stop here and go back to my daily reads.

Lazy Days #2

I'm totally still in my lazy days mood. I woke up at 11.30 am this morning, practically skipping the morning sunrise. I went to the movie afterward with my younger sisters and brother (I'm the eldest in the family). We watched G-Force, which is pretty disappointing. I thought it'll be a very funny animation movie like Up or Ice Age 3, but it turns out to be very average.

This is what I wore:

And here, I present thee, my red Converse sneakers... I seldom buy sneakers, but this red Converse really caught my heart and I couldn't say no.

Lazy Days

I'm on a very long holiday right now. That means a frequent absence from the virtual world as well, because all I do all day is sleep, eat, and then sleep again. I know, what a lazy me... but holiday doesn't come every day :P

Nevertheless, I still manage to take a quick snap on what I wore today when I went to Grandma's house. I got this dress while thrifting about a month ago. I've cut around 5 cm at the bottom but I still think that it's too long. Maybe I'll chop off 10 cm after this... Oh, and I'm back in red nail polish. I love wearing it sooo much, makes me feel a bit flirty (though there's no one to flirt to around here *__*)

WTF? WTF??!!

I was shocked when I saw that giant skeleton in the newest American Harper's Bazaar fashion spread. I thought, "What the f***??!!" But then I saw that it was a tribute to Tim Burton and I totally get it. Of course, who can get all spooky in a cool way none other than him? He's actually one of my favorite directors, maybe because he often works with Johnny Depp, who I love and adore my entire life.

My mom bought me this MTV shirt few months ago and I've never worn it. I'm too confuse what to wear with this because the color is sooo striking... I think she bought it because I like pink (which I do) and with 'MTV' logo (which - maybe - she thinks is cool) :P Here I wore it with black short and vest to tone down the neon.

I still doubt on how to mix and match this tee, any suggestions??

Anxious

I'm really feeling blue right now. Mostly because of the uncertainty of my future (read: career life). My working period in my current company is almost over, as in two weeks from now. I got extended but with no compensation revision due to the company's unfortunate financial condition. That means NO raise!! Ugh! In the meantime, I'm too lazy/don't want to find another job. I think I'm in my comfort zone and don't want to move out. Hmpf... well, not to bore you out, let's just stop talking about my work life now...

Yesterday's outfit (I always post yesterday's outfit because I don't have time to edit and post it at the same day ^_^):

This is a not-so-feminine side of me. The more I like to dress myself, the more I realize that there're two sides of me when dressing up. The first one is a really girly-feminine type (i.e denim dress, DIY skirt, stewardess skirt), and the other is ummm, well, not so girly (i.e leopard scarf, aqua tank dress) . I think this look falls in the second category.
