The Perfect Dress

Now if only I had a new year party invitation or something like that, I would be more than happy to wear one of these dresses (or more than one, if I got invited to several parties). Regrettably, I won't be going anywhere. I will only snuggle up on my bed, wearing my pajamas, and when the new year comes, I will recap my new year resolutions. I think it's always the best time to reflect on what I have done this year and what I want to accomplish in the following. My friends did invite me to make our own party, but I'm not really feeling it. Maybe next year guys...

Officially Over

Done and done!! I've talked to my boss about my resignation and he took it pretty well. He said that he supports me as long as I'm sure that I'm moving towards a better future. Well, of course I am. Otherwise, I wouldn't have taken the new job. Aahh, I'm so excited about this new one. Now I have to move out and find a new place again. This is the part that I hate. Packing up, moving out, moving in, unpacking again... Uh, well..

Anyway, this is what I wore to our family gathering yesterday. I went to my grandma's house. She's 93/94 years old (I forgot), so memorizing is kinda a trouble for her. She asked me 3 times who I was when I just arrived, and the same thing happened when I wanted to go home. Oh, grandma.. ^_^

Jaded

Other than still on a holiday mood (that means endless sleep and an occasional meal), I've got nothing really special to share. Oh, I went to watch Planet 51 with my sister today. I wanted to watch Avatar, but she didn't want to, because she want to watch it with her boyfriend later... Hmpf.. Planet 51 was quite entertaining, though. I had a great time watching it...

Ummm... Whatever...

I can't think of a more creative title post. And I've got nothing special to share. I'm just waiting for the holiday, which is 2 days from now. Wow, it's almost Christmas again. What will my Christmas wish for this year? Mmm... a better job, perhaps?? Yeah, I think that's exactly what I need now.. :P

The denim dress is a modification version from what I wore here, and the flats are my new favorites. I bought them during my trip to Singapore. They're cheap and I really love the pattern (not really clear in the picture, though).

So, will Santa fulfill my wish this year? A better job... please??

To Travel... Again..

Hi there!! Just wanna do a quick post right now, as I am in Yogyakarta right now (which is 12 hours travel by car from where I live now)... I'm here on a short 'holiday' to pick up my younger brother who attend a boarding school here. He's having an end of semester holiday until January.

Anyway, this is what I wore during the trip. Gosh, 12 hours travel is exhausting... The fedora is kinda my 'wardrobe staple' lately. So pardon me if I bore you by wearing it constantly these days, I can't help it. :p

Wrong Shoes...

... I should've worn my boots, because it was raining and the streets were all muddy.. :(

Anyway, I wore this to a date with my bf yesterday. I haven't had a real date with him since quite a long time. So I was kinda excited yesterday...

I Went On A Holiday in Singapore...

... and I lost my camera... I think I dropped it somewhere along Orchard Road :(

Here are some pics I took using my cellphone. It was actually a fun trip. I went to so many places and attractions: The Merlion Park, Esplanade Theatre, National Museum of Singapore, Singapore City Gallery, Red Dot Design Museum, went shopping at Little India, Bugis Street, and Orchard Road. But I had the most fun when I was in Sentosa Island watching Songs of the Sea, Singapore Art Museum, Marina Barrage, and MINT Museum of Toys.

She Bangs!

I can't believe I'm using a 'vintage' Ricky Martin song for my post title.

Anyway, although I'm physically in my office now, my mind and heart are not currently here. They are wandering as I'm sooooo EXCITED to go to my early vacation the day after tomorrow. Well, I may not go too far, but it's still way too exciting. I'm in desperate need of holidays..

I wore this when I went out with my usual pack of friends last week. I watched 2012 (awesome FX! Illogical storyline 'tho, seeing how John Cusack's family can survive through the disaster). I wanted to watch New Moon, too, but backed out when I saw the queue.. blah!

About the outfit: this was a basic comfortable set for two-days non-stop shopping and hanging out. I only added the electric blue heels to spice up the look. I was in a bad hair day mode. I didn't know what to do with it. Hence, I cut my hair and I got myself a new... bang! :p

So, what d'ya think? Love it/hate it?
